What you will do as a Middle Project Manager (ERP & CRM implementation):

meetings, progress reporting and risk management
  • Organization of customer needs analysis and formation of clear TORs for developers
  • Participation in user acceptance testing and control over the successful launch of the system into operation
  • Maintenance of project documentation according to the standard approved by the company

    • Your ideal profile:

    Experience from 3 years in the position of Project Manager in the field of implementation of complex IT systems (ERP, CRM, Billing)

  • Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1) level - for correspondence and negotiations
  • Deep understanding of Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Understanding of standard business processes (logistics, warehouse, finance, sales)
  • High level of empathy, negotiation skills and ability to manage customer expectations
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar

    • Nice-to-have:

    • Experience with ERP systems: Microsoft Business Central, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.
    • Availability of certifications (PMP or Scrum Master)
    • Technical background (understanding of database architecture, API, data migration processes)
    • Experience in consulting or Big4
