Middle Project Manager / Account Manager in UAGENCY

Strategic communications agency U Agency is looking for a Middle Project Manager / Account Manager who is able to organically guide the client at all stages of communication, plan projects and brief the team. Our ideal candidate is able to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and promote the development of long-term partnerships.

- communicate with the client and the project team;

- create and distribute tasks for the team;

- 2 years of experience in a similar position in a marketing/communication or PR agency;

- excellent communication skills (pitching ideas, conducting negotiations, ability to convincingly convey the value of proposals);

- experience in building customer service;

- coordination of the work of the project team (setting tasks, monitoring their execution, working with freelancers);

- the ability to effectively allocate time, prioritize tasks and work under deadlines;

- customer orientation and achieving customer happiness;

- responsibility for the performance of assigned tasks;

- knowledge of the English language will be a plus (level - B1).
