Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in project and team management (1.5+ years)
• Strong focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines
• Proficiency in managing the full project lifecycle, from planning to delivery
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluent English (B2/C1 or higher)
• Hands-on experience with Jira and other project management tools
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Main Responsibilities:

• Gather and define project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and task allocations
• Manage and coordinate multiple teams to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, contractors, and clients
• Analyze project outcomes, prepare reports, and drive process improvements
