We are currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Middle Product manager  to manage international projects in the field of legal support.

In this position, it is important for us that the specialist knows how to effectively manage complex projects in a dynamic environment, and can also overcome complex challenges in work.

What we expect from the candidate:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Project Manager;

• level of English from B2;
• experience in service development;
• knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban);
• the ability to process and analyze large data sets;
• experience with CRM systems, the ability to quickly navigate information;
• the ability to analyze the market, competitors and user needs;
• writing reports, presentations, commercial proposals;
• responsibility, initiative, adaptability and flexibility in work;
• excellent time management. 

Responsibilities will include:

• development of new business solutions, services and projects, further presentation and protection to management, control and support at all stages;
• automation of work processes, implementation of new digital solutions;
• construction of processes in accordance with current requirements and regulations;
• continuous improvement of services ( analysis, optimization, improvement of efficiency);
• selection and formation of the project team, distribution of tasks, definition of roles in the team and ensuring effective communication and interaction with the team of performers;
• ensuring regular status reporting of the project to stakeholders and management;
• writing instructions, normative and technical documentation regulating business processes, presentations, conducting the necessary trainings for training company employees (users);
• understanding the basic principles and marketing tools for launching and promoting services on the market; 
• implementation of innovations and changes in business processes and constant search for ways to improve them.
