ABINBEV EFES UKRAINE, the largest brewing company in the world, which is successfully operating and developing in Ukraine, announces the opening of the position of Project manager of brewing production

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the successful implementation of projects of different complexity and scope in the Ukraine business unit;
• Manage projects and monitor their technical implementation within the framework of the budget, quality and plan;
• Represent Global/Zonal initiatives in the Ukraine business unit;
• Ensure compliance with investment and disinvestment procedures;
• Ensure implementation of the permitting process for each project in accordance with current legislation;
• Ensure support of project teams at factories, in compliance with project management methodology;
• Develop and implement a 3-year capital expenditure plan, budget protection before by the management of the Ukraine business unit, as well as the department of engineering projects of zonal brewery support;
• Perform information and technical work related to information documentation, analysis, summarization and processing of materials; internal labor regulations, instructions, procedures, regulations on labor protection, environment, fire and man-made safety, work instructions.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education;
• Experience in managing technical projects (preferably construction) for at least 5 years;
• Ability to simultaneously manage projects at different locations/Factories;< /li>
• Knowledge of methodology and risk management experience;
• Ability to work in a team, good communication skills;
• Responsibility, attentiveness, discipline;
• Confident PC user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, MS Project);
• Analytical skills, communication, flexibility;
• Aspiration for self-development;
• Knowledge of English at Upper-Intermediate levels.
