We are looking for a Middle Marketing Data Analyst to help scale marketing efficiency through deep analytics, reporting automation and data quality control.This role involves working with large volumes of data, complex e-commerce business logic and direct impact on key marketplace metrics. The analyst will be involved in the development of dashboards, automation of reconciliation processes with partners, control of the correctness of tracking and analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns on the web and mobile app.
What will be the focus of the work:
Development and automation of reporting, support and refinement of existing dashboards at the start with further development of new solutions from scratch.
Development regular reporting for the Performance Marketing team and conducting ad-hoc analyzes to support operational and strategic decisions.
Automation of reconciliation processes with CPA partners and other advertising channels.
Analysis of key metrics of marketing campaigns (ROAS, ROMI, CPA, CAC and others).
Searching for reasons for deviations in indicators and preparing analytical conclusions and recommendations for campaign optimization.
What is required for this role:
2+ years of experience as a marketing or data analyst.
Understanding of digital marketing: principles of operation of the main channels (Google Ads, Meta), basic understanding of the auction model and attribution.
Knowledge of key marketing metrics and practical experience in analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
Experience with BI tools (we use Tableau, but Looker Studio / Power BI will also work) to support and develop dashboards.
Confident knowledge of SQL: work with large tables, aggregations, JOINs, basic deduplication.
Experience using Python for analytical tasks (pandas would be an advantage): working with tabular data, basic transformations and aggregations.
Experience with tracking systems (GA4, Firebase, Adjust).
Attention to data quality: ability to identify discrepancies and analyze their causes.
Orientation on results and willingness to work with business tasks that directly affect income.
The desire to develop, learn new things and work in a team.
Will be a plus:
Experience of working with e-commerce projects.
Experience of working with CPA networks and affiliate programs (affiliate model).
Experience in processing large amounts of data.
