Computer support engineer (trainee) in 1+1 media

1+1 media announces the recruitment of interns for the position of Computer support engineer (trainee).

We are here for you if you are:

• a student or graduate and you have a desire to develop in the field of information technologies;
• have a perfect command of the Ukrainian language and are able to express your thoughts clearly and accurately;
• have developed communication skills, analytical and critical thinking;
• confidently work with PCs and Microsoft OS (Windows 10/11, Windows Server), MS Office, SharePoint, PowerShell;
• have basic knowledge of network equipment (Wi-Fi, routers, switches);
• familiar with Apple products (iOS, macOS);
• result-oriented, able to work with deadlines and learn quickly;
• knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.

Together with the team, you will be engaged in:

• familiarization with the specifics of the work of the IT department in television production;
• accompanying users and processing inquiries (first and second lines of technical support);
• identifying the causes of technical incidents and closing them;
• analyzing technical and hardware problems and finding solutions to prevent them;
• maintaining a Knowledge Base and writing technical instructions;
• monitoring the condition of office equipment and network equipment, their settings;
• participation in improving IT service schemes.
