Middle/Junior Quality Assurance/PM (HoReCa Tech) in Mafia, merezha restoraniv

MAFIA is the largest national chain of Italian and Japanese restaurants in Ukraine.

We are actively developing the company's digital ecosystem: website, mobile application, integrations with iiko/Syrve, CRM, e-commerce, delivery services, admin panels, analytical dashboards Power BI, Firebase, internal automation tools.

We are looking for a Middle QA Engineer who (a) does not just check the functionality, but controls the quality of the end-to-end product: from logic and data to analytics, integrations and releases.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Functional, regression and acceptance testing of the website, mobile application, admin panels
• Role and functionality testing in admin panels
• Checking the correctness of data, filters, metrics and dashboards in Power BI
• Testing integrations (payment systems, delivery services, iiko/Syrve)
• Checking events, logs, push notifications and analytics in Firebase
• Requirements analysis, participation in acceptance formation criteria
• Preparation and support of test documentation (test cases, checklists, test plans)
• Work with defects: registration, prioritization, control of corrections, retest
• Participation in releases: smoke / sanity testing, quality control before production
• Interaction with developers, PM and by business teams
• Participation in improving QA processes and quality standards

We expect from you:

• 1-1.5 years of experience in the position of QA Engineer / Software Tester
• Confident skills in manual web, mobile, admin panel testing
• Experience with Firebase (checking events, crash reports, push notifications)
• Understanding the principles of analytics and reporting
• Experience with bug-tracking systems (Trello, Jira or similar)
• Understanding SDLC and the role of QA at each stage
• Ability to find risks in logic, integrations and releases
• Understanding of e-commerce and HoReCa ecosystems (online ordering, payment, delivery)
• Analytical thinking, attention to details, responsibility for quality
• Good level of Excel / Google Sheets (pivotal tables, data summarization, VPR, conditional formatting)

It will be a big plus if you have:

• Experience testing admin panels / back-office systems
• Practical experience working with Power BI (validation of metrics, data sources, dashboards)
• Experience testing integrations with iiko / Syrve or other POS systems
• Understanding SCRUM / Kanban and agile processes
• Basic knowledge of SQL and working with logs
• Experience of interaction with outsourced / outstaff teams
