What is important:
- Experience from 1 year in recruiting
- Ability to close roles at the Developer / Tech / Product / Marketing / BizDev level
- Willingness to take on the full cycle of recruiting
- Proficiency in English at the Upper Intermediate level (preferred)
- Responsibility, autonomy, honesty, developed emotional intelligence
Responsibilities:
- Full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination with CEO/COO, support for offers and adaptations
- Selection of specialists for technical, marketing, operational and business roles
- Maintenance of the candidate database, creation of reports and control of statuses
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Building a system recruitment process and optimization of the funnel
- Participation in the development of the company's HR brand
