How we see you:

• Experience as an email marketer from 1 year

  • Ability to work with various ESPs and CDPs (eSputnik, Sendpulse, Bloomreach, HubSpot and others)
  • Knowledge of Google Spreadsheets and Excel (optional)
  • Knowledge of HTML / CSS (adaptive letters, dark topic)
  • Understanding API and JSON
  • Basic experience with Figma
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio, Google BigQuery
  < li style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Knowledge and ability to evaluate the effectiveness of the channel and individual tools
  • English level Intermediate and above will be a plus

  Your tasks:

  • Development and implementationcustomer retention strategies
  • Development and implementation communication trigger maps
  • Development and implementation of advanced segmentation (scoring model, RFM analysis, etc.)
  • Development and implementation of strategies for increasing the user base
  • Conducting advanced audits of projects in order to find growth areas
  • Formation of forecasts of key indicators and KPI of projects
  • Creation of a content plan for newsletters and schedule of shipments
  • Preparation of newsletters in various communication channels in a team with a copywriter and designer (email, viber, sms, web-push, mob-push). Implementation of multi / omni-channel communication
  • Automation of communication: setting up trigger mailings, preparation of TK for developers and support of integrations
  • Constant analysis and optimization of key indicators, proposing hypotheses, conducting A/B tests, analyzing results
  • Improving the delivery of letters (configuration of digital records, postmasters, domain reputation control, domain warm-up)
  • Preparation and configuration of questionnaires for data collection
  • Preparation and implementation of gamifications on the website and in letters
  • Setting up additional communication channels (viber, mob push, app inbox, chat bots)
  • Communication with clients
  • Preparation of presentations and reporting
  • Constant search for innovative solutions and tools and their implementation
