CTO in Medical Data Management / MDM

Medical Data Managementis a leading provider of communication and research solutions for companies operating in the international pharmaceutical market.

We are looking for a strategically oriented CTO in our team.

Main requirements:

• CTO work experience of 2 years;
• knowledge of C#, .Net, AP.NET, MS SQL; knowledge of Flutter and AI industry will be an advantage;
• technical English;
• leadership and communication skills, ability to lead a team, analytical thinking, strategic vision and decision-making ability.

  The company uses self-written software based on MS SQL and C#/.NET.

  Functional duties:

  < li>Development and implementation of IT strategy: Determination of IT development directions to support business goals and optimization of resources.
  • Definition of priorities, development of IT infrastructure development plans and resource management to achieve the company's business goals.

  • IT systems support: Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the infrastructure, timely analysis of risks and elimination of threats.
  • Technology implementation: Analysis of the existing stack and assessment of the possibility of implementing modern technologies. 
  • Management of the IT team: Coordination of the work of the IT department (BA, developers, sys. administrator), team development and implementation of innovations.
  • Protection of information systems: Development and implementation of measures for protection IT infrastructure and data from cyber threats, with constant monitoring of the reliability of security solutions.
  • Financial management: Budget planning of the IT department and control of costs for projects and infrastructure.
  • Cooperation with departments: Interaction with other divisions to create IT solutions that support business goals.
