Middle Data Analyst in Vbet Ukraine

We are VBET Ukraine, a licensed bookmaker and organizer of gambling games, an official representative of the international brand VBET, which has been actively working on the Ukrainian market since 2020.

VBET Ukraine became the first company in Ukraine to receive all three licenses for conducting online gambling games from the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries.

Now we are looking for Middle Data Analyst who will help us make business decisions based on data, optimize processes and find new growth points.

What we expect from a future colleague:

• From 3 years of commercial work experience in analytics;

• Experience in building product and business metrics (conversion rate, retention, ARPU, LTV etc.);

• Ability to work independently and bring tasks to a conclusion;

• In-depth knowledge of SQL (BigQuery);

• Practical experience in creating dashboards and working with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, etc.);

• Experience with Python and automation of analytical processes;

• Free mastery of Excel and Google Sheets;

• English level - B2+.

Key functions and responsibilities:

• Collection, processing and analysis of large volumes of data from various sources;

• Development of dashboards and analytical insights that help to see the full picture and make decisions faster;

• Identifying growth points and preparing recommendations for increasing conversions and income;

• Evaluating the effectiveness of retention campaigns and preparing reports based on key indicators;

• Optimizing Customer Support analytics - finding bottlenecks, improving processes and reporting;

• Conducting ad-hoc analyzes on business requests or product.

It will be a plus:

• Experience in building DBT models and working with GIT
