Middle Business Analyst in INFOTEH, DP

Our team is looking for a qualified Middle Business Analyst who is able to independently organize his work space, form tasks and adhere to their implementation. A future colleague who knows how to build a work process based on his experience and vision.

What is needed
Education and experience

• Higher education (preferably in the field information technology, computer science, system analysis or related fields)
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a business analyst in software development projects
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language

Collection and analysis of requirements

• Experience in identifying requirements independently (interviews, surveys, workshops, documentation analysis, etc.)
• Determining and detailing business requirements, user requirements, functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience in managing the full life cycle of requirements: prioritization, approval and follow-up
• User description scenarios (Use Case, User Story) and writing Acceptance Criteria

Modelling

• Description of business processes in BPMN 2.0
• Knowledge of UML.
• Understanding Logical and physical layer ERD

Tools

• Task and documentation management in task trackers and wiki systems (Confluence, JIRA, etc.)
• Visualization and designing processes during software development (draw.io, Camunda, plantUML, etc.) specifications
• Experience with integrations (API REST, SOAP, XML, JSON)
• Experience with government projects
