What awaits you

• You will collect and analyze functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders to lay the foundation for solution design.
• You will create detailed specifications using Use Case Scenarios and User Stories so that the team understands exactly what needs to be built.
• You will be able to model processes using UML, BPMN and other diagrams, making complex things clear.
• You will work closely with UI/UX experts to co-create wireframes and improve the user experience experience.
• You will be the key link between the business and the development team, ensuring effective and open communication.
• Together with the project/product managers, you will lead the team to the goal, ensuring the highest quality of services.

What you will need

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a business analyst or requirements engineer in IT.
• The level of English is not lower than Upper-Intermediate (B2+) for fluent communication and correspondence.
• Confident mastery of business analysis tasks and techniques (according to BABOK v3).
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and basic methodologies.
• Experience with modeling notations such as BPMN and UML.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and wireframing experience in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, etc.
• Understanding of client-server architecture, network protocols, APIs, and mobile platforms.
• Experience working with distributed and multinational teams.

Would be an advantage

• Software development experience or technical mindset.
• Understanding of various business areas.
• Knowledge of usability guidelines for Web, iOS and Android.
• Experience in pre-sales as a business analyst or Sales Manager.
• Experience writing requirements specifications in Confluence and JIRA.
