August 27, 2024 Middle Back End Developer (.Net) (ID 191) Kyiv, remote is one of the largest in Ukraine. The service allows patients to quickly and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor, diagnoses, tests, vaccinations and order medicines, and hospitals to participate in the reform of the health care system to ensure equal access to quality medical services for all citizens of Ukraine.

More than 8.3 million people are already users of the Helsi mobile application. The system is used by more than 2,600 health care institutions and more than 38,000 doctors throughout Ukraine.

What we expect from you :

• 2+ years of commercial .NET/C# development experience

• Experience with relational databases, including Postgres
• Experience with NoSQL databases, including MongoDB
• Experience with building web services and APIs
• Understanding of SOA, protocols, and REST architecture
• Understanding of OOP and OOD principles

Will be a plus :

• Experience with Bitbucket
• Experience with .Net Core (ideally version 5+)
• Experience with Entity Framework (EF) Core
• Experience with ElasticSearch
• Experience with cache store (Redis)
• Experience with Unix-based OS
• Experience with gRPC
• Experience with Unit tests
• Understanding the principle of work with Docker
• Understanding the principle of work with Kafka
• Flexibility and adaptability to quickly respond to potential changes

Responsibilities :

• Writing, designing, and designing reliable and efficient C# code
• Creating new and maintaining existing services
• Creating functional based on business requirements and user stories
