We are seeking a  Game Manager with a deep understanding of the gaming industry and a passion for staying ahead of trends.

• 2+ years of proven experience in game management or a similar role within the online gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of casino game content, providers, and market trends.
• Experience in market research and competitor analysis in the online gaming industry.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience working with game providers.
• Proficiency in using CMS systems, especially for manual updates and game management.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities: Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

• Conduct thorough research on our target geos (starting from South Asia) to identify top-performing games, emerging trends, and competitors’ strategies.
• Analyze competitors’ casino lobbies to understand which games are trending and gaining popularity.
• Stay updated on industry trends, and player preferences, and monitor the market continuously to ensure our offerings align with user expectations.

Game Content Management:

• Formulate and maintain our casino’s own game rankings, ensuring the most popular and relevant games are highlighted.
• Manage the setup of game providers on the platform, including launching new games, updating content, and ensuring accurate categorization.
• Create and manage new game categories, including thematic ones (e.g., Christmas, Halloween) in line with market trends and popular games.

Provider Relations:

• Cultivate strong relationships with game providers to negotiate the best terms of cooperation, including exclusive games, promotional deals, and GGR discounts.
• Collaborate with providers on pre-releases, branded games/tables, and promotional activities to enhance our game offerings.

Platform & CMS Management:

• Train and demonstrate proficiency in using our top CMS system to manually update and manage the casino lobby, including changing games and forming game lists.
• Ensure that the CMS system is used effectively to optimize game placement and user engagement.
• Oversee the management of our website’s CMS, ensuring up-to-date information, regular content updates, and optimization of banners and other visual elements.
• Ensure a well-organized game menu with the appropriate types and categories of games for easy navigation.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with other departments including marketing, retention, QA, design, and content teams to ensure seamless integration of new games and updates.
• Respond quickly to requests and issues from platform operators, ensuring a smooth gaming experience for our users.
