Microsoft system administrator in Derzhavniy Operator Tilu

We are looking for a Microsoft system administrator to build the capacity of the newly created procurement agency under the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

The State Operator of the Home Front (DOT) is a state agency that provides for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.< /p>

Guided by the principles of integrity and people-centeredness, we provide food, tangible property and fuel and lubricants for the needs of the military.

We are convinced that supplying the army should not only be interesting to the market, but also honorable . Our task is to develop an appropriate system of relations with suppliers, increasing the value of each invested hryvnia of the state budget.

Main duties:

• Support, development, development and administration of cloud infrastructure Microsoft Azure.
• Building and deploying solutions and systems integrated with Microsoft Azure (AzureVM and AKS) and Microsoft 365 services (EntraID, Microsoft Office 365, etc.)
• Experience in building relationships connections and support of solutions from the Microsoft ecosystem when using a hybrid scheme (on-premise + cloud).
• Installation, configuration and support of software and hardware components.
• Automation and centralized administration using Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID, Microsoft Intune.
• Administration and support of Microsoft Office 365 (Office 365, Exchange, Teams, Power Automate, Dynamics 365).
• Interaction with the Information Security department and response to information security events (systematization of the process of updates and response to events information security).
• Installation and maintenance of security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems and vulnerability scanning tools.
• Regular monitoring of systems for signs of violations or vulnerabilities and their proactive resolution .
• Establishing and implementing backup procedures to ensure data backup and availability.
• Developing and testing disaster recovery plans accidents.
• Increasing the level of fault tolerance and availability of services.
• Implementation and management of monitoring tools to track system status, performance and security.
• Quick response to alerts and outages , minimizing the period of system unavailability.
• Development of basic documentation and keeping it up-to-date.
• Support users.
• Providing recommendations for scaling or optimizing infrastructure to meet business needs.

Basic requirements:

• From 3 years of experience as a system administrator.
• Experience of working with cloud infrastructure based on Microsoft Azure using Azure services.
• Knowledge administration and support of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory (Entra ID), Teams, Microsoft Intune.
• Deep knowledge and experience of working with operating systems such as Linux and Windows.
• Understanding of networking principles including routing, switching, VPN, firewall and DNS.
• Fluency with automation tools (PowerShell, PowerApps).
• Ability analyze and solve technical problems.
• Developed communication skills to communicate with system users.

It will be an additional plus:

• Ability to work with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or other DevOps tools.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience work with cloud infrastructure based on VMware Experience with NGFW and implementation of secure network infrastructure.
• Experience in administration and support of solutions with security (DLP, NGFW, EDR|XDR, PAM, SIEM).
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
