The company ALFA Smart Agro is opening a competition for the position of manager of work with clients.

Functional responsibilities:

• Registration of accounts of participants of promotions and loyalty programs and tracking of participant statuses.< /li>
• Checking registration data and questionnaires.
• Checking permission documents.
• Checking supporting documents for awarding bonus points.
• Acceptance of TMC from suppliers.
• Processing of primary accounting documentation for purchased TMC (invoices, expense invoices, compliance with budget items).
• Maintenance of TMC records ( income/expenditure/balance).
• Ensuring the monthly inventory of TMC by internal controlling.
• Preparation of documents and TMC for sending to the participants of programs and promotions.
• Issue of TTN for sending TMC.
• Control of receipt and transfer to the accounting department of acts of acceptance and transfer of TMC.

Qualification requirements:

• Work experience of at least 1 year.
• Work experience in the administration of loyalty programs.
• Work experience in CRM, 1C.
< li>Knowledge of the organization of document flow at the enterprise.
• Experience with primary accounting documentation.
• A confident user of MS Office.
