• Experience in a similar position from 1 year
• Knowledge of Exchange Server and Exchange Online architecture (including mailbox settings, retention policies data, postal transport rules and security)
• Experience in working with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
• Experience in building relationships and supporting solutions from the Microsoft ecosystem when using hybrid schemes (on-premise + cloud)
• Ability to analyze existing solutions and propose infrastructure optimization

• Perform deployment, support and development of on-premise and cloud Microsoft Exchange
• Support other Microsoft cloud services (Office 365, Teams, Power Automate, Dynamics 365)
