Junior Support Engineer in Everstar

Now we are looking for a Junior Support Engineerfor our client - one of the largest developers and manufacturers of air defense systems for the needs of Ukraine.

The team focuses on constantly improving the characteristics of the boards, using new approaches and technologies. Our own production facilities allow us to quickly implement changes and ideas.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience of working with clients from 1 year
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with Jira or similar ServiceDesk
• Experience with CRM systems
• Initiative and organization
• Willingness to learn and develop

Future responsibilities:

• Filling the user base with leads and keeping it up to date
• Entering tickets in Jira for user requests
• Preparation of reports on access statistics
• Analytics of appeals by reasons
• Monitoring of unusual requests - transfer to relevant services for their resolution
