Responsibilities:

Development and support of the methodology:

• Ensure comprehensive implementation methodologies for supporting beneficiaries in employment-related activities, including job search, vocational training and professional development. 
• Create and improve career guidance methodology taking into account the various needs and vulnerabilities of beneficiaries. 
• Develop the basis for conducting effective information sessions, ensuring their informativeness, interest and accessibility for all participants. 
• Provide ongoing methodological support to ensure consistent application across all service delivery points of the Reboot program. 
• Regularly update methodologies based on feedback, changing needs and best practices in life support and employment services. 
• Developing methodologies for effective collaboration between employment services and local businesses, focusing on long-term employment and internships that match the skills, vulnerabilities and career development of beneficiaries. 
• Consulting on developing and improving methodologies and tools of the micro-business support program, including the selection process, grant disbursement and ongoing support of beneficiaries. 

Level of language proficiency

• Fluent oral and written command of the Ukrainian language. 
• Proficiency in English is desirable
