monitoring of project implementation. This includes overseeing the proper completion of Kobo forms, overseeing data collection processes, and preparing comprehensive reports on project progress and results. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of project data and supporting informed project decision-making. 

Duties:

1. Reporting: 

  • Review and verify quarterly and monthly reports submitted by Regional Coordinators to ensure accuracy and completeness. 
  • To draw up and prepare a comprehensive monthly report on the implementation of the Unified Plan of the TCHHU for 2023-2025, summarizing key achievements, challenges and progress in achieving goals. 
  • Compile and prepare comprehensive reports on the implementation of the RESETTLEMENT Program summarizing key achievements, challenges and progress in achieving goals in accordance with the requirements of various partners and donors. 
  • Provide guidance and support to Regional Coordinators on the completion and maintenance of Kobo forms, ensuring consistency and accuracy of all reports. 
  • Review and resolve technical issues encountered by Regional Coordinators when preparing reports and using Kobo forms, ensuring a smooth and efficient reporting process. 

 2. Monitoring: 

  • Regularly monitor the project dashboard, analyze data dynamics and provide information to RESET staff, partners and other stakeholders. 
  • Assist in the development and conduct of studies, reviews and evaluations of project activities, contributing to continuous improvement and learning within the RESET program.  
  • Provide recommendations to the project staff on improving and ensuring the preparation of all reports in accordance with the procedures of the TCHU and donor requirements. 
  • Supermake suggestions and recommendations for improving monitoring and reporting processes, focusing on improving the quality, timeliness and relevance of data. 

   3. Capacity building:

  • Training for regional coordinators and other project staff on best practices for monitoring and reporting, including the use of Kobo forms and other relevant tools . 
  • Development and distribution of methodological materials, such as manuals and templates, to support regional coordinators in their reporting responsibilities. 
  1. Documentation and knowledge management:
    • Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation of all monitoring and reporting activities, ensuring easy access to information and its search if necessary. 
    • Contribute to the sharing of best practices and knowledge gained within the framework of the RELOADING program and the entire TCHU organization, developing a culture of continuous improvement.

  2. Knowledge of data management tools, particularly Kobo Toolbox, and good understanding of monitoring and evaluation methodologies. 
  3. The Cross of Ukraine will be an advantage
  4. Experience in communicating with different categories of people, tact and diplomacy
  5. Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and succinctly. 
  6. Good computer skills, including use of e-mail, Internet and appropriate software applications. 
  7. Ability to prepare and prepare reports in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  8. Intermediate level of computer skills such as: MS Excel (including pivot table, Excel database), use of email and Internet, MS365 (Teams, Planner, Outlook, etc.)
  9. Knowledge and experience with MS Power Querry
  10. Good understanding of administration, finance and logistics basics. 
  11. Understanding the Red Cross and Red Crescent movement (preferred). 
  12. Level of language proficiency

    • Fluent oral and written command of the Ukrainian language. 
    • Proficiency in English is desirable
