OSCHADBANK invites to the team an Analyst on the methodology of the corporate governance center

Key tasks:

• development, review and updating of the GNI, which regulate the activities of the supervisory board, its committees, the board, the corporate governance system, etc.
• ensuring compliance of internal documents with the requirements of legislation, NBU regulations and international standards of corporate governance
• formation of uniform methodological approaches to the structure, content and design of reports
• analysis of materials submitted for consideration by management bodies regarding compliance with the GNI and the competence of the relevant body
• participation in the preparation of reports on corporate governance issues

For this position required:

• Higher education
• English level – B2
• Work experience in the field of corporate management
• Knowledge of banking legislation and corporate management standards
