GENERAL INFORMATION
BF "Right to Defense" (hereinafter - the Fund) is a sector leader in the protection of people who have suffered from war, veterans, refugees and stateless persons. We seek recovery and integration for those we help. Our team protects people's rights and influences laws and decisions in Ukraine and the world to become fairer. We are actively developing a network of partners for localized support of those who need it. The fund is 13 years old. Today, the team of BF "Right to Defense" has about 1,200 specialists. Geography: 22 regions of Ukraine, as well as a representative office in Poland. More than 3,300,000 people have received aid since the start of the full-scale invasion. Our work was recognized at the national level: in 2024, the Foundation won first place in the "Charity Ukraine" competition in the "All-Ukrainian Charity" category, entered the top 10 of the Forbes Ukraine "50 Best Charitable Organizations" rating, and took 9th place in the integrity rating of Ukrainian charitable foundations.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Dnipropetrovsk region became one of the key regions for supporting the IDPs after the war. In partnership with the UN Refugee Agency, the Fund implements a project aimed at developing and implementing effective strategies for social adaptation of IDPs and integration into communities. font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Position of Internally Displaced Personscoordinating the activities of social workers and social adaptation services.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESParticipation in the development of innovative approaches to the provision of services for the social adaptation of IDPs.
Coordinating the work of senior VPO specialists.
Provision of methodological support for the development of activities and measures in the direction of adaptation of IDPs.
Conducting trainings and methodical seminars for employees.
Control of the quality and efficiency of implementation of adaptation services.
Analysis of data on project implementation and reporting.
Maintenance of documentation in accordance with the Foundation's standards.
Readiness for business trips to monitor and support the implementation of services in the regions.
Interaction with state and non-state institutions, partners to ensure effective implementation of project and program goals.
Development of methodological materials, recommendations and other program documents.
Understanding and following the Code of Conduct and other policies of the Foundation.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Higher education in social work, administrative management or related fields will be an advantage.
Experience of managing teams in the social or humanitarian sphere will be an advantage.
Ability to develop strategies and methodologies for providing social services.
Must have work experience in the field of providing social servicesservices to vulnerable categories of the population.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic environment.
