We are looking for a Meta specialist for systematic management of advertising campaigns. Your job is not just launch, but constant optimization through data analysis (Meta + Google Analytics) and hypothesis testing to improve performance. Niche concerts and shows. Main tasks:
Daily performance:Deep analysis of metrics, decision-making regarding optimization, budgets, bids, disabling non-working Ad sets, Ads. Clear daily reports.
System testing:Development of a hypothesis testing plan (A/B tests of creatives, audience, interests. Validation of results and scaling of winners
Analytics: Correct work with data, understanding Meta attribution models and their impact on the evaluation of campaign results
Requirements:
Experience:From 1 year of working with budgets (show real cases) Hard Skills: Deep understanding of Meta Ads algorithms, auction and attribution windows. Ability to set up custom conversions and work with the pixel
