IRC applies zero tolerance approach and takes all necessary measures and takes corrective steps in the event of information about misconduct. The IRC investigative unit includes specialists and qualified investigators who are conducting an intere -oriented investigationSi victims. They are joined if, through the reliable and convenient communication channels that IRC creates for their employees, partners and customers, reports of violations of security standards are received. IRC is also an active member of the Interagency Working Group on Sexual Operation and Violence Protection (PEEA) created in Ukraine.
