Organizer of events (Meetings and Events).

Responsibilities:
 Planning and coordination of events of various scales (conferences, seminars, workshops, corporate meetings).
 Selection and reservation of event venues.
 Coordination of work of contractors and service providers.
 Event budget management and cost control.
 Providing technical support during events.
 Support of events as a project manager (possible business trips in Ukraine and abroad)

Requirements:
1 year of experience in organizing events.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in multitasking conditions and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of the basics of the tourism industry (geography, the largest hotels of Ukraine, international hotel chains, DMC)
Ability to work with programs for planning and project management (CRM, MS Office, Internet).
High level of responsibility and attention to details.
Knowledge of the English language at the B1 level.
