Medium project manager in Karitas Ukrayini, Mizhnarodniy Blagodiyniy Fond

The international charity fund Caritas of Ukraine is looking for a team for the project - Humanitarian aid for people affected by the war in Ukraine - Medium project manager.

Main responsibilities:

• Implementation and support of the medium project implementation system covering a specific direction in the organization and counting from 85 to 200 employees of the total number of program staff of Caritas of Ukraine (may include positions such as department director, program manager, financial economist, project management specialist, project manager assistant, expert, advocacy manager) and staff of a local organization (may include the positions of director, local coordinator, accountant, security manager, social educator, social worker (case manager, crisis manager), psychologist, lawyer, advocacy specialist, community facilitator, animator, Prostor coordinators child-friendly, Inclusive Center, driver, rehabilitator, speech therapist). 
• Monitor proper support of project activities throughout the entire project cycle. 
• Attract and strengthen partnerships related to the provision of cash assistance, applying partnership principles, tools and approaches. 
• Determine the potential needs of team members. 
• Contribute to the strengthening of the work efficiency of both each team member and the team as a whole and make the necessary interventions to support the quality implementation of the project. 
• Maintenance of project documentation, preparation of reports in accordance with the requirements of the Fund and the requirements of donors. 
• Implementation of project goals and objectives. 
• Coordination of the current state of the project, the progress of priority tasks. 
• Working trips to project implementation locations. 
• Communication and support of professional relations with other organizations and institutions. 
• Collection of data, assessment of project performance. 
• Supporting the professional development of local Caritas employees. 
• Monitoring of project implementation based on regular employee reports and visits to local Caritas. 
• Providing information to the program manager about the progress and activities of the project. 
• Ensuring compliance of project activities with the policies and procedures of Caritas of Ukraine. 

Requirements:

• Full higher education. 
• Experience of working in non-governmental organizations as a project manager from the 1st year. 
• Knowledge in the field of project management. 
• Project management experience. 
• Proficiency in Ukrainian – fluent, English – B2+

Availability of professional knowledge in the following areas:

• Presentation skills. 
• Planning and drafting skillsbudget 
• Experience in personnel management. 
• Business communication skills. 
• Skills in working with a PC and electronic means of communication.
