Requirements:

• higher education, preferably in the specialty: economics, management, finance, construction and architecture
• ability to develop work estimates
• ability to make decisions independently
• confident user of MS Office
• responsibility, punctuality, flexibility and speed of execution tasks

Responsibilities

• Conducting audits of maintenance facilities, ensuring quality implementation of works
• Compilation of project budgets, calculation of repair and construction works
• Selection of contractors, subcontractors for the implementation of services
• Managing the work of subcontractors who carry out repair and construction works
• Control of repair and construction works
• Purchase of materials
• Preparation of reports on the implementation of projects and achieved results
• Management of financial control over processes of the service object
• Control of the accounting document flow between the object and the accounting department
