  • Understanding key metrics: CTR, ROI, CPC and the ability to optimize them;
  • Ability to use SPY services to expand the strategic possibilities of advertising campaigns;
  • Skills in writing detailed TORs for designers that include clear instructions, visual examples, or independently creating creatives for ad campaigns;
  • Experience in moderating specific topics in UAC;
  • Ability to find non-standard solutions for assigned tasks.

Main duties:
