Main responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning, launch and scaling of advertising campaigns in leading advertising networks (Native, Push, Pops, Display, Video).
  • Interaction with local and international agencies specializing in media advertising (Pre rolls, banners, stickers).
  • Management of the full cycle of traffic purchase: from testing to scaling and optimization.
  • Working with advertising platforms.
  • Constant analytics of campaigns, optimization of bids, audiences and creatives based on KPI (CTR, ROI, eCPA, LTV).
  • Search and testing of new sources of traffic, formats and approaches.
  • Close cooperation with a team of designers and copywriters to create effective creatives.
  • Working with trackers and analytics systems for detailed tracking performance.
  • Formation of reports and forecasts for management on the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Participation in the development of media strategies for new products or geo.

Needed skills:

  • 3 years experience at Media Buyer positions with a focus on advertising networks and mediabuying agencies.
  • Experience in purchasing traffic from Tier1 and Tier2 countries.
  • Confident command of the main types of advertising traffic: Native, Push, Pops, Display, Video, Media advertising.
  • Practical experience working with trackers and understanding monetization funnels.
  • Deep understanding of performance indicators: eCPA, CTR, ROI, CR, ARPPU, etc.
  • Ability to quickly adapt strategies to changing market or product conditions.
  • Experience scaling campaigns with large budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills, A/B testing experience.
  • Experience managing budgets and reporting to finance/marketing teams.
