The team already has more than 45 specialists: buyers, analysts, developers and people who know how to turn numbers into results. We are growing and looking for someone who is ready to grow with us.

What is important:

— Practical experience with Google Ads (YouTube, UAC, KMS, Search) or Facebook Ads / TikTok Ads
— Understanding the logic of tracking and working with Keitaro or similar
— Confident working with analytics and metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI, LTV, etc.)
- Experience in crypto or related verticals will be a strong advantage
- Ability to see patterns, find profit and scale the result

What you will do:

- Build, launch and scale advertising campaigns
— Analyze metrics, make decisions based on data, not intuition
— Monitor budgets and performance of every dollar
— Seek and test new connections, creatives and approaches
— Meet and exceed KPIs
