Lead Embedded FW Engineer in Centr doslidzhen bezpilotnih sistem

General Chereshnya is a Ukrainian defense-tech company that develops and mass-produces modern unmanned aerial vehicles, including FPV drones and interceptor drones for countering aerial threats. All of our products are built with and at the request of the military.

We are currently seeking a Lead Embedded FW Engineer to join the team to work on the development, production and implementation of technology solutions that impact on the effectiveness of our products and projects.

Main duties:

• Architecture development and implementation of embedded systems of UAV complexes.
• Development Software for processing information from sensors and integrating this information with autopilot, navigation systems and on-board electronics. Development and implementation of UAV complex integration protocols with external systems. Creation and management of a team of embedded developers.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an Embedded Engineer.
• In-depth knowledge of C/C++, Python (for prototyping).
• Embedded Linux (Yocto, Ubuntu) experience.
• Knowledge and practical experience in software control of a drone based on BetaFlight and/or Ardupilot.

It will be an advantage:

• Experience with NVIDIA Jetson, STM32, ESP32.
• Integration experience with iNAV.
• Understanding the principles and design of multi-rotor and aircraft-type drones.
• Experience in R&D projects of autonomous robotic systems.
