PAS Group companies are actively represented all over the world and provide individual system solutions for home appliance manufacturers, which are manufactured at our facilities in Germany, Poland, Ukraine, China, Turkey, the USA and Mexico. PAS Group.Tasks & Responsibilities: work in the SAP system; systematic analysis of the status of ongoing and open orders to suppliers/customers; maintaining systematic contact with the production planning department, warehouse employees and the transport department regarding planned pick-ups / deliveries from suppliers / customers; systematic control of orders to suppliers; setting up scheduling agreements and orders in the SAP system, sending orders via EDI; systematic control of the compliance of accumulation of shipments with the accumulation of receipts from the supplier; care for the timely and quantitative execution of orders, systematically informing production team about deliveries and possible delays in deliveries, issuing of delivery documents and invoices, acceptance of quality returns and issuing corrective invoices, setting up master data in the system.
