Main tasks: Review and approval of long-term business -plans (and corresponding financial models) of Group companies. Consolidation of the long-term financial business plan at the Group level. Historical assessment of the performance of the Group's businesses. Group and individual business assessment (methodology, updating market indicators, creating an assessment report) for management purposes, audit, impairment testing, etc. Consulting Operating Companies on investment process, including methodology and sharing of best practices. Reviewing materials and preparing comments/recommendations for management on the most important strategic projects in Ukraine and Europe. Evaluation and review of financial models created by Operating Companies, competitor analysis. Methodological support of Operating Companies in financial modeling and calculations of economic indicators. Monitoring and plan-fact analysis of investment projects. Analysis of investment programs of individual businesses. Monitoring of operating activities of businesses, analysis of management reporting, control of the budget process of Operating Companies. Analysis of information from Operating Companies and development of measures to improve the collection, processing and consolidated presentation of data. Interaction with the management of operating companies, resolution of controversial issues. Participation in projects to automate reporting and operational activities. Fulfilling special requests of top management. Necessary skills and experience: Education: finance, economics, applied mathematics , international economics, investment analysis. Work experience of 3-4 years in consulting (corporate finance, business evaluation, transaction support) or in large vertically integrated companies (investments, M&A, strategy and business development, FP&A, controlling). High level of mastery of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud or similar will be an advantage. The level of the English language is upper-intermediate. Experience in the energy sector (in particular, in the oil and gas or renewableindustry) will be an advantage. Proven experience in evaluating capital-intensive investment projects will be an advantage. The presence of CFA, CIMA certificates will be an additional plus.
