You will get:

What will you do:

• All types of bonuses for employees (calculation of bonuses in accordance with the company's internal rules, control procedures and keeping registers, documentation)
• Wage change project management (determination of market wages for each position, collection of proposals from managers, obtaining approvals, control procedures and keeping registers)
• Welcome letters to employees about material benefits
• Compilation and updating of the salary budget, working with payment databases of labor
• Conducting the process of approving personnel changes with the parent company
• Supporting changes in the organizational structure of the enterprise and in the staff list (amendments to the accounting program, documentation)
• Preparation of personnel data for the Supervisory Board
• Preparation and updating of regulatory documents related to the labor payment system at the enterprise
• Maintenance of the salary project with by the bank
• Approval and registration of financial assistance
• Preparation of monthly statistical reports on personnel

Our team needs a colleague who has:

• Attention, accuracy, responsibility, inclination to work with numbers
• Ability to work in multitasking mode and with large volumes of data
• Higher education, knowledge in the field material motivation and personnel administration
• Confident PC user (Excel, Word, 1C, etc.)
• Intermediate English level and above
• Work experience in a system company is desirable
