Mass recruitment recruiter (Junior) in Smart Solutions

Company Smart Solutions is an international provider of HR services and business process outsourcing services, which has been present for more than 15 years in such countries as: Ukraine, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia.

We are looking for a Mass Recruitment Recruiter for our partner specializing in recruitment and outstaffing/merchandising services across Ukraine for local and international client companies. We consider candidates with experience in mass recruitment, as well as junior specialists aimed at training and development in this direction. in the structure of an international group of companies.

Basic tasks:

• Search and selection of candidates for client projects: placing advertisements in social networks/job sites, processing resumes, etc.
• Conducting telephone interviews with candidates (as needed in the office).
• Collection of data about the future employee required for the contract.
• Maintenance of information for candidates in ATS.
• Communication with your candidates on projects (if necessary).

Wishes for the candidate:

• Higher education in management, personnel management, etc. - desirable, but not required.
• Experience of 6 months or more (we consider candidates from various fields: administrators, call center operators, sales consultants, sales managers, etc.)
• Experience in the field of mass recruitment or completed recruitment courses - will be an advantage.
• Must have: the ability to process a large volume information and make many calls a day.
