Employer brand manager in Fozzy group

TemaBit Fozzy Group is an IT company that develops unique solutions for more than 40 businesses of the group. We specialize in web and mobile development, as well as software for managing business processes and infrastructure projects.   

Responsibilities:

• Creation and implementation of the TemaBit social network.
together with the heads of active recruitment areas (posts, articles, materials for Medium).

• Filling and development of the career section of the site and internal communication channels (Teams).

• SEO-optimization and promotion of the expert webinars and participation in professional events (preparation of speakers, pre- and post-communication).

• Setting tasks for internal production to create video materials for TemaBit promos as employer.

It will be cool if you:

• Know how to write quality texts: posts, articles, scripts.

• You have a basic understanding or experience in video making.

• Worked with targeted advertising in social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), and experience in Threads will be a big plus.
