Recruiter of mass selection in Vyriy

What will be your focus:

• Search and selection of candidates for the production team (mass recruitment);
• Organization and management of the full recruitment cycle: from resume screening and telephone interviews to interviews, training and sending a job offer, as well as accompanying the candidate during the registration;
• Achieving qualitative and quantitative selection indicators;
• Interacting with internal customers;
• Providing feedback to candidates at all stages of selection;
• Maintaining reports in the CRM system;

What is important for this role:

• Experience of closing vacancies in mass recruitment;
• Understanding and ability to use the main candidate search channels;
• Orientation on results, flexibility, willingness to work and learn at a fast pace; Proactive and responsible; Developed communication skills, the ability to negotiate and work with objections. font-weight: 400">
