Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience in marketing from 3-5 years;
• Experience in SaaS from 3 years;
• Experience in marketing direction management from 2 years;
• Knowledge and experience with basic metrics and tools;
• Experience in creating and implementing a marketing strategy;
• Sure understanding of the internet marketing market;
• Experience in monitoring the implementation of marketing strategies, analyzing competitors and the market situation and making changes.

Will be a plus: — Experience in similar companies;

Main tasks:

• Marketing Team Management (Hurma System, Hurma Academy, Hurma Community);
• Development and implementation of a marketing strategy aimed at attracting leads, increasing competitiveness;
• Setting up and optimizing lead generation processes through advertising, content marketing, SEO and other channels;
• Organization of processes for setting up targeted and contextual advertising, interaction with contractors, e-mail marketing;
• Interaction with external service providers (SEO, design, development);
• Ensuring the transfer of modern marketing practices and approaches to increase the efficiency of the entire team;
• Formation and distribution of marketing budgets;
• Generation and testing of marketing hypotheses (site, promotion);
• Analysis of work results, marketing of competitors and target audience;
• Conducting research (interviews with clients and potential CA);
• Development of Customer Journey Map (CJM);
• Coordination of entering new markets;
• Setting up targeted and contextual advertising (including Hurma Academy);
• Formation of chains of interaction with users at all stages of their contact with the product;
• Development of a content plan together with a copywriter;
• Collaboration with the designer to shape the style.
