Marketer, Krakow in Mayer-Pro

The international company MAYER-PRO, which is engaged in the sale of spare parts for agricultural machinery inconnection with the opening of a representative office in Poland (Krakow), invites candidates for the position "Marketer".

Functional duties:

• monitoring and analysis of competitors' market (websites, social networks , pricing, quality of customer service, online and offline marketing activity, etc.), preparation of relevant reports and proposals for increasing the rating and recognition of the company/brand/TM
• development of a marketing strategy and preparation of a marketing budget for promotion of own TM;
• development and implementation of marketing and advertising companies and events, coordination and analysis of the effectiveness of online and offline activities;
• organization and coordination of development and production of printed and POS- materials (exhibition stands, banners, catalogs, brochures, boxes with samples of finished products, souvenir products, merch, etc.);
• organization and participation in international profile exhibitions;
• analysis of existing sites companies, making changes to the structure and filling in order to increase positions in the Google search system (structure, usability, content, SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.), conversion of leads, etc., with the involvement of third-party contractors (developers, designers, copywriters, etc.) .p.)
• analysis of existing pages in social networks (INSTAGRAM, Facebook, YouTube, Tik-Tok, Google Business): content, quantitative and qualitative indicators, making changes to increase company/brand recognition and sales through social networks.
• preparation and approval of content and media plan for social networks (INSTAGRAM, Facebook, YouTube, Tik-Tok), participation in the development of ideas for creatives, creation, optimization of advertising campaigns with the involvement of third-party contractors ( designers, video makers, etc.).
• E-mail marketing (mailing plan, design, performance analysis).
• Maintenance of appropriate reporting.

Requirements:

• higher education in marketing, economics or management;
• successful work experience as a marketing manager, head of the marketing department in trade or manufacturing companies (B2B) from 3 years;
• confirmed successful experience of introducing new brands to the market of Ukraine, abroad will be an advantage.
• excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods ;
• Polish or English language skills at B2 level;
• understanding of the life cycle of trademarks, processes and project management tools;
• expert knowledge of data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics)
• knowledge of the features of various social platforms, the ability to create effective strategies for presence in social networks, conducting advertising campaigns and interacting with the audience, mastering Facebook ADS.
• understanding of basic principles SEO, Google ADS and YouTube advertising.
• knowledge of the algorithms of e-commerce platforms (Allegro, OLX, Ceneo, Amazon PL, Empik, eBay, etc.)
• ability to work effectively in a richfunctional project teams with experts in quality, production operations, process engineering, design, product development, commercial and legal departments;
• knowledge of MS Office, graphics editors;
• analytical mindset, strategic thinking, communication skills, creativity, creative approach to work, purposefulness, strong leadership and organizational skills, effective presentation skills;

• Interesting full-time work: from 08:00 to 16:00, weekends: Saturday, Sunday.
