Marketing research analyst in AKS, PP

Hello! We are "AKS", a network of social pharmacies with more than 29 years of history of trust and quality in the Southern region of Ukraine.

Our team is more than 500 professionals who take care of the health and comfort of our customers every day in more than 100 pharmacies.

We are constantly growing and developing, and we are currently looking for a Marketing Research Analyst who will help us better understand the needs of the market and customers to make our offer even more relevant and useful.

What will be in your area of responsibility:

• Collection, processing and analysis of marketing data regarding the behavior of customers, competitors and the pharmaceutical market.
• Conducting research to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product promotion.
• Forming reports and recommendations for management and the marketing team based on the data obtained.
• Identifying trends and opportunities for business development and increasing customer loyalty.
• Cooperation with various company departments to implement research results into practice.

Who we are looking for:

• Educated person with higher education, preferably in the field of marketing, statistics, economics or related areas.
• Specialist with 1 year of work experience in marketing research or analytics.
• A confident user of analytical tools and programs (Excel, PowerPoint, statistical packages).
• A person with analytical thinking, attention to details and the ability to systematically work with large amounts of information.
• A communicative and responsible colleague who is ready to work in a team and share his ideas.
