We help Ukrainian and global companies in their business challenges: transform, scale, optimize their processes, increase efficiency, improve culture, etc.

Now we are looking for marketing manager of educational products Yura Koziy - owner of Uphill Partners. Yura sincerely shares his practical experience, he does it systematically and through various products: workshops, courses, supervisions, podcasts, away sessions and retreats, etc.

Specific Duties

What exactly will you do every day:

1. Synchronization with Yuriy:

2. "Landing" of ideas: When Yuriy comes with a new idea, the Producer must evaluate resources, calculate risks and make an implementation plan.

3. Quality control: Checking everything that goes "outside" on behalf agencies.

4. Reporting and analysis: KPI Tracking,budget projects and giving Yuri a clear picture: "where we are now and where we are going".
