Main tasks:

• Integration of the provisions of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS S) in the social sphere into the activities of NEC "Ukrenergo".

• Development and implementation of corporate policies and provisions in the sphere of sustainable development and ESG, determination of strategic priorities and implementation of social programs development.

• Ensuring socio-ecological support of construction and reconstruction projects in accordance with the social standards of investors.

• Organization of reducing the negative impact of the company's activities on the social environment.

• Implementation of effective mechanisms of interaction with stakeholders in the field of sustainable development.

• Initiation and implementation of corporate sustainable development initiatives aimed at increasing social responsibility of the company.

• Adaptation of ENTSO-E social practices.

Our expectations:

• Full higher education (management, technical, economic or humanitarian).

• Additional education in the field of sustainable development and ESG (certificates or courses in the last 3 years).

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of sustainable development.

• Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience or experience of managing social projects.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social impact management during the implementation of reconstruction or construction projects.

• Experience in developing Social and Environmental Project Management Plans (ESMP).

• Experience in conducting social and environmental monitoring in accordance with the requirements of international investors (EBRD, IBRD) thinking, proactivity, results orientation and the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.

• A confident user of Microsoft Office.
