• Together with the team, will implement effective magic projects aimed at increasing knowledge and use of the "Silpo" application.

• Creating a project plan and logic in accordance with established KPIs

• Development of communication/marketing support strategy according to objectives and budgets

• Briefing and cooperation with creative agencies to create communication platforms 

• Coordination of project implementation processes with cross-functional teams, including commerce, product team, PPC, SMM, PR

• Control over the quality of tasks, budgets and deadlines

• In cooperation with a team of analysts, analysis of the effectiveness of projects in order to optimize campaigns.

• Preparation of reports on campaign results covering key KPIs for further process improvement
