YOUR TASKS:

• Development and implementation of a marketing strategy with a focus on partner marketing and product promotion.
• Coordination and management of marketing campaigns
• Establishing and maintaining partnerships with key customers, investors and other companies.
• Organization and holding of events (conferences, exhibitions, seminars)
• Allocation of tasks and proper distribution of responsibility among members of the marketing team.
• Monitoring tasks and recording results
• Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities and reporting to management.
• ??creation of marketing materials: development and coordination of creation of advertising materials, press releases, content for the website and social networks.
• Content strategy: determining the topics, formats and channels for content that will be most effective for the target audience.
• Digital channel management: coordination and development of digital channels (social networks, website, email marketing).
• SEO and SMM: site optimization for search engines and management of contextual advertising.
• Working with budgets, media plans and KPIs, monitoring their implementation.

WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO US:

• Experience as a marketing manager from 1 year, preferably in the field of energy and/or B2B sector - will be an advantage.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in organizing and successfully conducting large-scale events aimed at attracting partners and customers.
• Project and team management skills: prioritization, task control, deadline management.
• Understanding affiliate marketing and the ability to build long-term relationships with key market players.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate.
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on results.

OUR OFFER:

• Salary for the internship period UAH 45,000 (fixed rate), after the internship — UAH 45,000 — UAH 60,000 (KPI rate + Bonuses)
• Schedule: 5/2, Mon-Thurs from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Fri 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (lunch hour).
