Due to our growth in Eastern Europe, we are looking for a Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Attracting new customers and partners for cooperation in solar energy;
- Active development of business in the markets;
- Analysis and monitoring of competitors;
- Development and implementation of new strategies together with the team;
- Participation in conferences, exhibitions and other industry events;
- Preparation of sales forecasts, reports and market research;
- Close cooperation with sales team in other countries and other departments.

Our expectations:
- Minimum 2 years sales experience preferably in PV/Renewables/Wholesale/Installation/EPC/Solar Panel Manufacturers, but sales professionals with experience in other industries (construction, distribution, B2B sales) are also welcome!
- The presence of a wide network of business contacts (installers, energy suppliers, solar power plants, wholesalers, manufacturers, etc.);
- Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement;
- Technical experience and product knowledge in the field of solar energy is desirable;
- Readiness for business trips;
- High energy level and "hunting" approach;
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills;
- Independence in actions and the ability to work in a team.
We offer:
- Salary UAH 45,000 (fixed rate UAH 40,000 + UAH 15,000 KPI + bonus)
- Schedule: 5/2, Mon-Thurs from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Fri 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (lunch time). Ability to work remotely\hybrid schedule
