Marketing or Social Media Manager in Dreamdev Solutions

We are one of the strongest teams in Ukraine for complex and custom WordPress solutions and integrations. Over the years, we’ve developed several areas of superb niche expertise, and now we are looking for a Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing to join our team and elevate our market presence and presentation to the highest level.

Our biggest value is teamwork. We are a team of 26 hardworking professionals with a proactive approach, and we are looking for a similar individual to join our team and become an A-level player in management.

What you’ll be responsible for:

1. Packaging all our cases in a user-friendly format and presenting them in the best way possible.
2. Improving the flow of the lead generation process for all channels and introducing some automation magic.
3. Developing a strategy for paid ads with a multichannel approach in mind.
4. Reevaluating all our content across all platforms and managing it going forward.
5. Taking responsibility for your part of the process and defining KPIs together with us.
6. Staying on top of the market and monitoring emerging industry trends.

What we expect from you:

1. You are proactive, and we don’t have to chase you for a reply or to implement an idea.
2. You have at least 1.5 years of experience in multichannel marketing, including lead generation.
3. You have managed a team or have other management experience and know how to build workflows within your team.
4. You have the ambition to build a Marketing department.
5. Your English is proficient enough to join calls with us and our partners to discuss specifics.
6. You are well-versed in the basics of Internet marketing, key metrics, and terms.
7. You have a good understanding of the IT outsourcing business, how marketing works, and its specifics in IT.
