Marketing manager (YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat) in EvoPlay

Requirements:

• Experience with video platforms: 3+ years of work with YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat; knowledge of algorithms, monetization and optimization of short videos;
• Technical skills and analytics: Experience with video analytics tools, knowledge of video formats, parameters and content editing;
• Optimization and advertising: Skills for setting up advertising campaigns, content optimization and knowledge of trends on platforms;
• Project management: Ability to manage projects and coordinate team tasks;
• Knowledge of the main metrics of retention and SMM marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Technical support: Advising the team on video settings, compatibility and optimization for reach;
• Automation of processes: Setting up downloads and analytics, help in structuring content;
• Efficiency analysis: tracking indicators (reach, retention, engagement), preparation of reports;
• Training of the team: conducting trainings on new features of platforms and recommendations for improving content;
• Support of advertising campaigns: configuration and analysis of campaigns, joint development of strategy for short videos. 
• Interaction with multifunctional teams (product, developers, support, marketing, etc.).
