Responsibilities:
- Analysis of site performance and suggestions for improvement.
- Planning, launch and optimization of marketing campaigns.
- Coordination of creation and testing of creatives.
- Management and systematization of processes in the marketing team.
- Control of tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Participation in strategic decision-making regarding project development.
What we expect from you:
- 1.5+ years of experience in marketing or targeting.
- Understanding the principles of digital marketing and sales funnels.
- Basic knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio).
- Experience in working with advertising platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Understanding the basics of UX/UI to evaluate the effectiveness of sites.
- Knowledge of the logic of creating and testing creatives.
- Skills in organizing team work and systematizing processes.
- Experience in working with task managers (ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
